Ebony has been going through a lot of new emotions he had not experienced previously in his life such as an over whelming amount of anger building up. His bubbly, positive personalty is still going strong, smiling at anything that comes by him. Although he has returned to his former self, he has a massive guilt looming over him like a cloud that never seems to leave and only keeps getting bigger. This caused him to be sad more often and became more emotional towards other people. 
He has also learned that he has become a thrill seeker, whom see's the chaos and adrenaline rush to be exciting and fun but this also scares him as he does not yet know if he can control himself from being violent again. So he tries to stay out of a fight even if wishes he could be in it. 

However in spite of everything, he has managed to get his kindness back and leaves nothing for himself now. He tries to help others even if they do not ask for it and stay strong for them even if he in turn get's hurt. He became more reserved and quiet however and because of this, he tries to stay out of people's way.

History:

Born and raised in Song-Lu, he developed the talent of magic early on and began summoning the tiniest of creatures even if they disappear mere seconds after, it was already a great sign for his family. His sister Ivory who was two years older than him also showed promise towards magic and so both siblings were slowly taught the art of summoning like their half-elf father. 

Unfortunately, the two siblings were betting each other who could summon the better familiar and because of this led to a terrible accident. Ebony summoned a beast he could not control and it became viciously savage taking the life of his sister right before his eyes. The blinding light the beast produced was so strong that it permanently blinded the boy and forever scarred him. Thankfully his father came to stop it at the cost of his right arm but saving Ebony at the very least. 
After that day, Ebony was mortified and was unable to eat or sleep. His father was forced to ask a sage to seal his son's memories away. All the memories he had from his sister were gone and the tragic incident that took her life. As a boy, waking up to realize his family were in shambles and breaking apart, he felt detached and alone. 
Ebony did not understand why his mother left and why his father did not speak to him like he used to. What was worse, the boy realized he could not see anymore and his father would not say why. Just an accident he would say, nothing else. Ebony had stopped using magic from that day forward and was too afraid to even again. 

For several years, Ebony spent his time learning how to cope without sight. Learning to hear better and to walk without the fear of hurting himself and going to school pretending as if nothing happened. With all his training, all he could hear were whispers and rumors from adults, parents who accused him for something he thought he didn't do. Told lies to their kids so they wouldn't befriend him out of fear. They knew something that he didn't and he hated it. 
Due to this, he felt lost and more alone than before and eventually he stopped going to school all together. 
At age 10, Ebony couldn't take it anymore and ran away from home but he didn't go very far as he felt afraid of betraying his father after he had stolen some money. Until the faithful day where out of depression and fear, Cellius came to be. A lion familiar with red horns and bulky red tail befriended him. Cellius became Ebony's eyes and mount, always with him day and night until the boy was too tired to keep him in the plane of Alva. He had to learn how to keep his only friend to exist in his world.  This gave Ebony the courage to finally leave Song-lu and set out his own adventure and his own life. 
With Cellius at his side, he traveled from Song-Lu towards Koben through the Isen forest. From there he stayed for a while until he set out again towards Braktowice, stayed there a bit then set himself towards the Molvahain forest, uncertain how long he ventured through it. He travelled through the mountains for two years, or so he thought, surviving on his own with his familiar who kept him warm during winters. 

He found himself, after crossing the mountains, a desert plain and headed towards Tusa. He stopped there for supplies and quickly left towards the desert, stopping by as many villages he could find along the way and finally ended up by the shore of Whistling Reef. Here he met an old fisherman who taught him how to properly fish. The man told him that there is a port named Linhythe where he could stop by and sell the fish if he wanted. He took his advice and headed there, since he was running low on money he had stolen and clearly to explore new territory. 

He spent about three years there, fishing and selling and going in and out of town as he preferred the quiet air. He kept going back to the port because he had met a new friend but when she was gone every year, he would return to the Whistling Reef until she returned once again. Finally he decided to hitch a ride on a fisherman's boat to Amedra, as his curiousness peeked to go somewhere new again, leaving his friend behind. Realizing it was the boat of the old fisherman, he was caught and as punishment he had to work for the old man for an entire year at sea. Which was fine by Ebony, since it means he would get to further train his fishing skills and learn everything there is to know about fish. Little did Ebony know, he stayed with the old man around two years instead of just one. So the boy had experienced a lot of things during his time at sea. 

After a full two years of helping the old fisherman, he landed on the other side, waving goodbye to his trusted friend and setting out of Amedra. On the back of Cellius who guided him, directly went to Cantor then to Delverne for a while ( which took months to get to ) staying in the Tira forest for a year or so, only to set back to Cantor where he stayed in and out of town for two years. Working little jobs here and there and mainly just fishing for himself by the Arlet river, he slept most of the time under the stars or in caves. During winters he would find houses to sleep in when everyone was already fast asleep, and sneaked out before anyone woke up in the morning. This life was that of a homeless, but it never bothered him, for he felt free.

During the year of paths, Ebony had found love and trouble as well. The moment he summoned a demon called Ophelia, his life turned upside down, in the wrong way possible. A parasite had taken him and turn him into a monster of sorts. A horrible man that not only hurt his loved one but his sanity as well. As time went on, Ebony reached havoc where he walked, causing trouble or death to those that crossed him until the day, in Tusa, where is faithful future friends stopped him. But at what cost ? 
His greatest ally and greatest friend, Cellius perished by his own hands. He never forgave himself for it. The only thing that came out of this misery was a blue orb that could hold some answers for the poor boy but as of right now, is unable to summon whatever is inside. 
He returned to Song-lu where his father aided in his recovery. However, Ebony is not truly himself anymore as he finally learnt that he had a sibling named Ivory that he killed. Guilt holds him strong and his emotions are everywhere and now hides in Iadlain.

 He loves to travel and because of that, the back of his feet are hard so he can walk through the woods or other without much trouble.

 The strong light from the demon had caused his blindness yet none of the medical aid could say why exactly. Some speculate it's a form of curse while others say it's just due to the strong light.
