History: Yao was born in a noble family in the UK, having lost his mother at a young age and proving to be a disappointment to his father. He set out to become a refined butler, a dream he shared with his sister. Working with other nobles, he learned how to cook, clean, serve and many other household managements. He also had the chance to learn fighting moves and to better protect the nobles in the family. His skills are agile and swift and he never misses his target. He had become a great butler, one many nobles requested. However things didn't take a good turn when he heard that his sister became ill.

He made a promise to his mother that he would protect his little sister Kayle and that no harm would come to her. As he returned home from his studies, he asked forgiveness as it was his fault for leaving her. The only thing she said was " I don't like seeing you sad, please smile for me, please ?". As she passed away, Yao was left with an empty heart, torn with the promises he tried to keep and yet failed to uphold. His father throwing him out, telling him to never return. Yao had no place to go. The family Shinx, Sun followed and asked to join him, to keep company. So they travelled across the lands together. Yao isn't sure what he is looking for. He goes and works from door to door to every noble but it no longer thrives him as it use to. Meeting two new friends Galay and Hyan, he sets out to find answers. The only promise that remains to him now is from his sister, to keep smiling. Thats a promise he will never brake. Never again.

He heard that there was a Mage Academy in Unova and thought that would be the next best thing to find new knowledge and skills that might not be anywhere else. If he were to continue living, he must become stronger and able to protect those he cherishes.

Personality: Yao is a gentleman who loves to serve, tending to the weak, and enjoys helping others. He smiles constantly showing no signs of weakness or temptation. Most of the time, he has a very cheerful personality. Though he seems to hide his emotions very well. He tries not to let any of his true feelings to be exposed to other people, trying to let it overcome with a humor when he does happen to show his emotions involuntarily. He is able to attract other people with his sense of humor. Secretly he enjoys being around woman, flirting as much as he can. Yao is a hand to hand combater, swiftness is his key, but if need be he can use a sword. He loves his pokemon and would never let any harm come to them. So he trains regularly, honing his skills to perfection. He can be deceiving when he wants to, tricking others to play into his hands and can easily charm others. He knows his limits and his capabilities and will do anything to get answers when he needs them.

- He now has bite marks hidden under his layers of bandages. It slowly forms into big scar shaped holes. It pains him every time he moves his right arm now. He can still use it, however it is restricted. If he does not push his arm, he'll be fine. But the daily work he use to do back at the Academy ( butler work ) is too much now for his right arm. For now he's resting, hoping that the pain will soon go away. ( doubt it ) He is afraid that he might never play the piano or violin. Still he wont give up.
- He no longer has his classy attire and is "forced" to wear commoner clothing. He does like the comfort in them but, he feels odd, like something is missing.

One of Yao's first Pokemon, following every step behind him. He has been by Yao side since The Strat family took him in when he was very young. When tragedy struck within the family, he felt that he needed to aid Yao, as he was afraid that he too would fall ill. Since then, he has helped Yao become stronger and Yao helped him become a stronger Pokemon. They are great friends to the very end.

Edit : Learning that Sun wanted to be the pokemon of Yao's younger sister, he felt angry and regret. He had forgotten that both Kayle and Yao had kept a promise to keep him safe. And Yao had held this promise since this day. When Yao explained that things have changed, that moving on is the only option, Sun felt confused. But knowing that Yao meant no harm, he understood that its best to move forward.

Nature: Modest
Moves: Blizzard, Hail, hidden power (fighting), Ice Beam

Second in command to Yao's little family, she believes to be the tape that holds the family together. She knows the past of her trainer but will never bring it up. She follows by the book, knowledgeable and beautiful. Galay loves to fight with Yao, honing her own special skills, she is able to give her all for her master.

Third pokemon in Yao's little family. A cute and small pokemon who just keeps bringing smiles to his master. He isn't sure why he was chosen as Yao's third but he knows he must get stronger to keep up with the other two. He wants to make his master proud one day!
Underestimating this pokemon would be bad, considering its size, Hyan can dish out a lot of power.

Little rat that showed up at Yao's doorstep. cute and fuzzy, you'dd think that it would be harmless. NO
Phi is not to be taken lightly. She likes being a rebel. Ruining everyones belongings. Mischievous and sneaky, she enjoys using her cuteness to deceive people. She managed to do it several times to Yao. Ruining his food (when he cooks ), ripping his books, and tossing his tea cups on the floor. and Making a mess in his room. But Yao saw Phi's potential and decided to bring her in. Who knows what will happen....
